The house is situated in a quiet and green part of Novi Vinodolski. It is surrounded by a flowery garden, situated 150 m from the beach, 50 m from a small grocery, 150 m from the first restaurant, 600m from supermarkets, 900 m from the historical town center, 1500 m from the ambulance. Swimming pool is 500 m​​ away, 
diving center 900 m, riding school 3 km​​, wellness center 500 m, gas station 900 m.  There is a marina for the boats up to 12 tons at 600 m distance.

If you prefer active holidays there are possibilities to go biking, mountain climbing, hiking, horse riding, strolling by the sea, sea fishing and fishing in the lake, windsurfing, diving , driving sea jets, parachuting, water skiing , playing  beach volley, tennis and swimming.  It is possible to choose between sandy, rocky and gravel beaches, and many hidden lagoons ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation. Or you can simply visit local traditional house where you can eat delicious natural seafood and ecologically grown vegetables and meat.

            You can use low cost public bus transportation or rent a bike, motorcycle or car to visit countryside or medieval cities with rich history like Rijeka, and beautiful natural park Plitvice.  Local boats could take you to the nearby islands of Krk, Rab, Pag, and Cres.

It is a small, charming town on the Adriatic coast with mild Mediterranean climate and long sunny season. The town is ideally situated between nearby woody hills and crystal clear sea. It is a summer paradise for relaxing and enjoying azure depths of the Adriatic and fresh fragrance coming from the Mediterranean laurel, lavender and rosemary fields. Swimming season is from late spring to late autumn.
