Near the house there are a number of nice sand and stone beaches, restaurants, markets and sport objects for different games and recreation activities. In front of the village there are a lot of lovely small islands scatted on Pašman Channel. The village is also surrounded by three National Parks: The Kornati Island NP, The Krka River NP and The Paklenica Mountain NP, The Telascica Park of Nature and The Vransko Lake Park of Nature to which every day tours are organized. The place of Sv.Filip and Jakov is located 24 km south of ZADAR and 4 km west from the town of BIOGRAD. Airport, port, bus station, rail station are close by the village. The pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal sea, clean beaches, historical and cultural monuments, traditional cuisine and all other little comforts on offer from this little Dalmatian town give an ideal opportunity for a truly relaxing family holiday.

SANTINI THREE STAR APARTMENTS (***) are in the new house looking at sea, circled by orchard and flowers, on quite position. The house has private and closed parking lot and there is a big place for outdoor activities and games. Each apartment has SAT TV,Air Conditioning,Internet Wireless conection,balcony or terrace and your own entrance.For boats just in front of the house the birth places are secured. The prices are changeable depending on the number of people in apartments, period of season and the booked days. The prices of apartments are lower for 5 euro if the third bed is not used.
